  Horrible office never call back worst health & human services ever. Poor social skills.

  My experience is always pretty good, they have workers in the lobby to help, the case workers are over worked with the tremendous amount of case load, I never new how much til my home girl got a job @ dhs & started explaining how they pile too many clients on you & with me working in healthcare i get it.. residents complain about the 1/2 care they receive but heck, we always wrk short & even when there's enough staff we still get assigned too many residents, really I'm going to bathe & shower 14 residents, or give bed baths to most, how is this possible with natural powers. So after that I kind of take it easy on my worker & give them the 30 days they have to respond
