  Unfortunately, I cannot echo the sentiments of the previous reviewers. While the staff is quite friendly at Creative Mobility, I did not find them to be experienced in the installation of my transfer seat base or left-foot accelerator. I was forced to return several times to get everything adjusted, but am still unhappy with the finished installation.
  
  I purchased my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan with a VMI Summit conversion from this dealer as a used vehicle. However, there was a known issue with the van at the time of my test drive that the salesperson said that she would have corrected, but did not. Even though the dealer attempted to correct the issue, they did so in a way that required a lot of my time and still didn't correct the issue. In the end, they claimed to have done all they were going to do and left me with a repair bill that they were originally supposed to repay me for.
  
  Personally, I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone after what I've been through with them. I'm only willing to give them 2 stars because they aren't bad people, they just don't do a good enough job in a business where it's vitally important.
