  While small, there's enough equipment so that there's almost neve a wait. 3 rowing erg machines makes it #1 choice for folks with rowing as main sport or the erg as a cornerstone of their workouts. Would do better with shower room that can accommodate more than a person at a time.

  Great place if you avoid the 5pm-7pm after work rush! They have plenty of great equipment, it's a little small so if you want to do weighta avoid the above times.

  Clean and lots of equipment. Old management was good and kept the place clean, and new management even more so
